About this space
House in the Tower is our new proposal for this year. It is a modern, newly renovated and cozy apartment. It can accommodate up to four people, and is perfect for spending a wonderful, peaceful vacation.
The Space
The indoor space features a living room with sofa, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, loft with second double bedroom, and bathroom. The outdoor space, on the other hand, features a sea-view balcony equipped with a table and chairs.
Linens are made available for all guests.
Access for guests
The apartment is located in the famous tower of Vettica and is reached via very few stairs. It is entirely for the exclusive use of guests and there are no shared spaces with other people. The house is open to the sun, the wind and the smell of the sea; it is the perfect place to get away from daily stress.
Other things to keep in mind
We will try to provide you with all the information you need to ensure that you have an unforgettable stay, and we will always be available for anything throughout your stay.
Finally, we will also be happy to organize for you excursions to Capri, Pompeii, Herculaneum, private boat rides and private tours.
On the day of check-in there is a tourist tax to pay: 3 euros per person per day
Check-in is possible from 2:30 pm to 9:00 pm. We are flexible for early or late check-ins, depending on availability.
For check-ins requested after 9:00 pm, there is a surcharge to be paid upon arrival.
The Villetta Ippocampo enjoys a breathtaking view and is immersed in the exclusive park of the private Residence of Conca dei Marini, consisting of Mediterranean cottages overlooking the Sarracen tower. Our villetta is ideal for breathing in the sea air of our beautiful Coast and spending a comfortable and serene vacation. It only takes a short walk to reach the famous beach of Conca dei Marini and enjoy the specialties of our land and sea.
The Space
The Villetta is very modern, newly renovated and stylishly furnished. The Villetta Ippocampo, from its private terrace, enjoys a wonderful view of the sea and is ideal for spending a vacation in complete tranquility enjoying the Panorama of the Amalfi Coast and sipping a cool drink after a day at the beach. The Villetta is a mix of sky and sea, perfect for a couple but also for a family of four or five. The villetta is independent and to reach it you need to walk down our driveway via the stairs.
Access for guests
To access the villa, there is a driveway to be made and some stairs to walk down. Only guests will be able to access the interior areas of the Residence, which is an enclosed park with security codes and where our guests can linger on the benches and stroll in the pedestrian path.

To be paid here city tax in cash: 2 euro per person per day.
Perfect cleaning and disinfection of the house is guaranteed before ‘arrival so that our clients can spend a totally safe vacation.

Access for guests
Per accedere alla villa, è sufficiente percorrere poche scale. Solo gli ospiti avranno accesso alle aree interne del Residence, un parco chiuso con codici di sicurezza, dove potranno godersi il relax sulle panchine e fare piacevoli passeggiate lungo il percorso pedonale. Il parcheggio è disponibile a pagamento e offriamo ai nostri ospiti la possibilità di noleggiare scooter da 125cc per esplorare più comodamente la Costiera Amalfitana. A breve distanza dalla Villetta, è possibile raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia pubblica di Conca dei Marini o il famoso “Lido Capo di Conca”, affiliato con noi. Nei dintorni, è possibile visitare la rinomata “Grotta dello Smeraldo”. Amalfi è raggiungibile in soli dieci minuti in macchina, in scooter o con l’autobus, la cui fermata è a pochi passi dalla villa. Positano dista 12 km, sempre lungo la strada principale che attraversa l’intera Costiera Amalfitana.
